Products can be exchanged or returned for a refund to the original method of payment listed on the receipt within 30 days of purchase, except products on sale which are subject to a 14-day return or exchange policy. All clearance items are final sale.

The original receipt must be presented for any exchange or refund. Additionally, the product must have all original tags and packaging still attached (internal and external), and cannot have been used, washed, altered or damaged in any way.

For products purchased with cash, we reserve the right to limit the amount of cash refunded, with the balance being refunded to the customer’s choice of a debit card, gift card or store credit. In no case will cash refunds of more than $500 be provided.

Fox Home does not offer price adjustments. Merchandise (Including Gift cards).

Fox Home reserves the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Fox Home's sole discretion.

This policy is an addition to and does not affect consumers' rights under any applicable law.

  1. Your order might not be processed if the product you selected will be out of stock after placing the order or if the credit card details and/or your personal details were not registered in the system. In each of the above cases, our customer service team will contact you.
